Our pricing reflects great value because we strive to maintain a high level of inventory for all of our merchandise available at our on line store. Occasionally demand does surpass our supplies as we replenish our stock. This can cause a slight delay in the shipping of your merchandise. If you have a critical time frame in which you are working please contact us to verify the item is in stock.

Shipping Policy/Delivery of Goods/ Claims and Errors

Alternative Machine Tool, LLC inspects all outbound shipments before they leave our facilities. Alternative Machine Tool, LLC uses UPS Shipping as its shipper and damage can occur during transit. Damage can occur in two primary fashions: concealed damage, and noticeable damage. A claim cannot be filed for either type of claim unless all of the original packaging is available for inspection without any alterations. All shipping claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM FROM Alternative Machine Tool, LLC WHEN RETURNING AN ALREADY ACCEPTED PACKAGE DUE TO A SHIPPING CLAIM.

All claims will be denied if the above criteria are not met. Alternative Machine Tool, LLC reserves the right to take up to seven business days to resolve its shipping matters with UPS. We are confident that when the above criteria is met that all freight claims are resolved quickly and easily. In the event that Alternative Machine Tool, LLC ships an incorrect item we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, however we must be contacted and we must verify that the item is indeed incorrect.

Return/Refund Policy

While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please contact us at 262-965-3655 to contact a representative.

At Alternative Machine Tool, LLC we want to ensure you are satisfied with your order and the ordering process.

If you would like to return your goods for any reason other than damage, your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will be required to pay for the return freight.

Please do not throw away any packing material until you know the product is in good condition. If you see that the package is damaged, please make notes upon signing for the goods and take a picture of the damaged packaging if possible.

All items that are ordered from Alternative Machine Tool, LLC can be returned within our guidelines and time frame. We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t turn out the way it was planned. Many unforeseen circumstances can lead for the need to return an item. We ask that you carefully check all of the quantities and specifications before ordering and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. This is why we allow all items to be returned within 30 days of receipt; however, we will assess a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping costs.

Alternative Machine Tool, LLC will process an exchange. We will assess a 20% restocking fee for all exchanges, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping costs. The value of the original purchase will be applied to the new purchase. In the event that the balance is more than the original purchase amount then another charge will be processed to cover the difference. In the event that the balance is less than the original purchase amount the difference will be credited.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

We will not honor an exchange or refund for a defective product if the product has been misused, neglected or harmed in any manner outside of our care instructions. Warranty

All Alternative Machine Tool, LLC products comes backed by a 10 day limited warranty.

Alternative Machine Tool, LLC warrants new items to you, the original retail purchaser, for 10 days from the date of purchase, against material or manufacturing defects, with the exception of New Machinery. New Machinery is sold with the full manufacturers with warranty beginning on the sale of sale.

Warranty is void if the product shows evidence of damage by misuse, humidity or any liquid, smoke or fire, improper handling methods, or alterations. Used Machinery can carry a 30 day return privilege if requested and negotiated prior to payment and shipping of the machine from our warehouse.

We prefer that customers pay for online purchased merchandise via Purchase Orders (Verified), MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. For customers who prefer to mail us their order, we accept Cashier’s Checks, or Company checks, we do not accept personal checks.

(For Company Checks, there will be at least a 10 Day waiting period for the check to clear). All hard copy forms of payment must clear our bank before we process the order for shipping. These hard copy forms of payment can slightly delay the processing, and in turn, the shipping times.
